Key to a good presentation and successful

Every business person or student or salesperson is required to give presentations. Some are successful and others not.

Here are a few points that sheds light on how to give good presentation: -

1) You are well aware of the topic, in order to prepare well in advance of 2 to 3 days in advance so you have time to practice.

2) Know Your Place: Discover the place where you will be able to get there before time and are familiar with the surroundings.

3) Know Your Target: Know your target audience so that you know what you should present information and how it should be. For example, if you're going to give the presentation to the Top Notch Executives Society must be more informative, but if you're going to give the same presentation to the Consumer segment is specific enough to highlight the positive aspects of the product you're selling.

4) you can prepare a Power Point presentation slides because it looks more professional. Having a written copy or print ready in case of need.

5) Do not lose your cool. Keep in mind that you need to succeed and the public also expects you to succeed.

6) Give a good start to your presentation with a saying then begin with the presentation.

7) Divide the presentation into an introduction, body and conclusion. Conclusion is very important as it summarizes all the points and leave an impression on the product to the public.

8) Have good eye contact with people giving the presentation.

9) Do not pause to apologize, if you forget something in between, to continue as no one notices these little things.

10) After the presentation is over you are faced with the question and answer session. Answer attention. If you can not answer a few questions, just enter your email Id and say that you are short on time and will respond by email.

Last but not lease, never let your weakness out there before the public because they are very intelligent and that you catch and grill.

So All The Best for the presentation .......
